Throughout her career, Lindsay has successfully led brand and marketing strategies for brands, launching new products into major retailers such as Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Waitrose, ASDA, Ocado, Boots and Kroger (US); and delivering multi-channel campaigns with strong ROI.

At Pots & Co, Lindsay led the brand’s expansion into US Retail, securing listings in 600+ stores within 12 months, while also overseeing UK marketing efforts that drove double-digit growth.

A strong digital & social leader, Lindsay has nurtured teams to drive thinking and embrace new technologies as they emerge. She thrives in leadership roles, fostering high-performing teams and aligning cross-functional departments to achieve business objectives.
